European Political Science Society
The European Political Science Society (EPSS) was established in the summer of 2025, as a not-for-profit and member-led political science association committed to fostering a vibrant scholarly community in Europe. EPSS is committed to the promotion of methodologically rigorous research in political science and the organization of professional conferences, through a new organization designed to strengthen transparency, democratic governance, and direct member engagement in its operations.
EPSS organizes an annual conference and offers a wider range of initiatives designed to serve and support its members throughout all stages of their academic careers. It is committed to the promotion of methodologically rigorous research in political science, in a structure designed to strengthen transparency, democratic governance, and direct member engagement in its operations.
New initiatives in development will likely include prizes recognizing research excellence, travel support for members in need, small grants for innovation, and targeted support for the professional development of early-career scholars.
All revenue generated by EPSS will be reinvested into supporting these activities and promoting political science scholarship in Europe and beyond.
